Lawrence Poupard Vice President of Manufacturing
Lawrence Poupard received a degree in Plastics Technology from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada (1980). He is the former General Manager of Gentile Manufacturing, where he managed the production of extremely high tolerance, precision equipment for nuclear power plants and energy generation facilities. Also, while at Gentile he managed R&D prototype development work for components of weapons systems, including Tomahawk missiles. He spent five years in toy manufacturing, where he helped develop the first insulated hot runner molds, which dramatically decrease startup time for injection molds.
