The Aethon Help Desk is a 24x7 system that continually monitors all TUGs at the hospital facility. In the event of an application issue of any kind, Aethon's 24x7 Help Desk technicians will connect to the site over a virtual private network (VPN) and remotely solve the problem using Aethon's sophisticated remote-control software. In most instances, the hospital does not need to take any corrective action and does not even know that there was an issue.
