How does the Tug attach to a cart? The connection is a trailer hitch that is permanently retrofitted to existing carts.
How durable is the Tug? The Tug is built to operate continuously for 5 years in a hospital environment.

How are the batteries charged? The Tug automatically docks itself on its charging station and controls its own charging. A complete recharge requires 2-hours. The Tug can be kept topped off with 12 minutes per hour of charging. The Tug can run for 10 hours on one charge.
What service is required? The only wear parts are the batteries (3 year life), motors (3 year life), and wheels (2 year life).
What about vandalism? The Tug is designed to weather pranks such as people intentionally kicking, stepping on, riding on, bumping into or pushing the Tug.
